Why do you have a trial period?
We believe in flexibility for our drivers. The trial period allows drivers to experience all our earning models and choose what works best for them.
I don’t drive enough to justify a subscription, is there another option?
Absolutely. You can drive under our Commission option.
Can I pay my membership fee in installments?
Membership fees are due in full upon joining.
Can I eat while driving?
No. At Tourch, we prioritize a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our passengers. Eating can be distracting and messy, so we ask drivers to take a quick break before or after rides if they need to eat. Thank you for helping us maintain our high standards of service!
